Work was good, everythin goes smoothly and the people there is nice. I never had this feelin of wakin up in the mornin and thinkin of long day ahead till 6.30 is worthy and no stress at all. That's the feelin.

Mum went for her result of liver hardenin due to Hepatitis B this afternoon and the doctor told her indeed there's signs of hardenin but is consider early stage. Can be cured and told her to go back to him again after 6 months. That's probably good sign because if its severe, have to go through operation. So that means its not as bad as she thought. I hope she can go back to her normal life and stop thinkin so much about her health.

I saw an ambulance outside Funan IT Mall where i am havin lunch this afternoon and the medics is tryin to give remedy to the uncle lyin on the floor unconcious. I could see that he's strugglin in his coma. This scene drives me all the way back to 2008 when my uncle is in the hospital dyin. I could still remember that night. That night Gerald came to accompany me and i still remembered in my mind that Gerald hugged me at the back and console me. If you can still remember what you said to me Gerald? If anythin is to happen to me, please don't send me to Changi General Hospital. When my uncle's blood pressure or whatever it is dropped from 200 to 150, i knew somethin is wrong. From that moment I called for the damn doctor, until it dropped till 80, 70, 60, and then to 20, then the doctor came runnin to save him. WTF?! Is this what so many years of studies taught you doctors this? ZZ.

Today's the 3rd day of my work. Have been sleepy very early this few days. God damn tired. Have been lookin at the com from mornin till evenin. Strained my eyes so much. Have my own desk, own chair and own com. Not a bad workin environment. Met what i expected for. So many OL(s) in the office. One thing is i dislike the boss there. ZZ. He's so noisy that i cant take it, i would go toilet to refresh myself and stay inside about 5 minutes before i go back. Alright, time for bed.

Now that i have ORD-ed, i do miss those times when i am still a soldier.

Come BMT, cut Botak on the day i enlist. The first was terrible. Gettin used to it is a big problem. I called everyone of my close friends to tell them how is it feel like the first night. After the 3 days grace, it was nothin but mental torture. Route march after route march. I still remembered my friend thought my water bag bursted and soaked my uniform because my whole uniform until my bottom was wet, but actually its my sweat that soaked it. Then outfield in Tekong for 8 days. Stayed at San Yongkong camp i still remembered. The mosquitoes there is 9696. The basic fire movement and the camou cream on my face, and the 5 days without bathin for the first time. And after all, its Passin Out Parade! That's one of my happiest moment in the army.

Trades Course next, the course when i learned my personal weapon and all the live firings. Did my GPMG live firin outfield condition, under the hot sun, 1oo over people squeezed inside 4 tentages. Then come BMR, Basic Main Range. A live firin from mornin 6a.m move out till reach camp 3a.m midnight.

Then, its the Infantry phase. This is the period of time when i go outfield everyforenight of the week. All the proficiency test, the shagness every bashin through the forest and hills, encouragin one another, helpin them to carry their matadors and GPMG.

Armour Infantry phase is when FTX Fulll Troops Exercise of the battalion. The first outfield behind my camp which last for 6 days 5 nights. This is indeed the first time i am so dirty, even dirtier then Tekong outfield. Didnt even change my uniform durin this time unlike Tekong outfield. Then is the Armour Live Firin System where there is no blanks ammo involved. When the vehicle is on the move, i am supposed to shoot the targets up on a hill, but somethin cocked up and i aim at the sea and shot into the water. My officer fucked me up for not targetin at the board and shot other where instead. Could be charged for misfired.

Then is ATEC stage 1, which i am involved for GPMG technical handlin test. Its nothin actually. Its just the trainin everyday. This is when i became 2nd year soldier.

4NTM duties, when everyone is scared and nervous about the duty roster every week. Did few weekends durin this time. The turnouts every now and then, and every week although there's no duty for me, still have the fear that GSOC will turn us out in 4 hours time.

And finally is the packin for Exercise Wallaby. Every single shit in the store and the weapons, must be 1oo% clean. Then its for the first time i flew on a plane to Australia! The feelin was nice. Then reach Australia where i thought i am stayin in a so call bunk or what before outfield, but the minute i alight the plane, its a 1 hour trip to Tiger Hill. Its a outfield campsite. Australia is damn cold in the night and in the early mornin. Fuckin hot in the afternoon. Durin this 3 weeks in Australia, went outfield for 4 days for the first week, another 4 days the 2nd week and the last phase is a live firin which is 3 days. Saw Kangaroos and Ostrich durin outfield. Still remember durin outfield we were so bored that we played open number and the loser must drink half a 1.5 litre of water and the first to pee treat every players beer durin R & R. Durin operations, i was the first to pee and the vehicle is manuverin and cant stop for me just to pee. I grabbed the 1.5 litre bottle and pee inside it. After that my friend wanted too, and he placed his .... inside the same bottle but cant find the feelin to pee. Haa. Then finally the vehicle stops and all of them ran out to pee. They said we fucked the same girl inside the vehicle. Then come R & R, where we went strip clubs where the Ang Mohs really stripped inside the club. ZZ. Thats about all in Australia.

Then came back Singapore, its time for me to count down to ORD. Then it came 4NTM again. This is the time i got 3 extras for my contraband items. The month of march and april i burned 4 or 5 weekends. ZZ. Then the last week of 4NTM, GSOC really came down to turn us out. Some of us were still bathin and the bell rang.

Then the last week, i packed all my stuffs and ready to ORD, and here i am sittin here ORD-ed. Cant forget the times i spent in the army, the dirtiness, tiredness, boredness and everythin. Although i may miss the times, but definitely wont want this to happen again. Reservice!! ZZ.

Hey peeps! Chalet booked on 11th june which is the check in day. Its a 3 days 2 nights chalet. Please bring more clothes, for swimmin, for playin, for stayin over, or what so ever. Big quarrels at home again. My mum was cryin when i reached the door step. This Saturday is her birthday, and she decided not to celebrate. She was quarrellin with my brother, and i shouted at him for the first time. I cant take it anymore. We both promised my uncle when he's on his death bed, not to make our mother angry again and take care of her. So far i didnt break this promise, but he did. ORD in a week's time, i can spend more time at home, so that they wont keep quarrellin.

Now i am cryin so pitifully writin this post. She's now cryin and callin for my uncle. I cant help but to cry out loud. She made me think of him.

Recently, i have been thinkin about my childhood days. I have been thinkin about the toys i played, the places my uncle used to bring me to, the food i ate when i was a kid, and the supermarkets outin i always go with my mum. Thinkin of that, i have already lost half of these wonderful times. I cant get back what i lost a even second ago. Every thing that passed a second ago has become memories. In about a decade or more, i may lose my loved ones and more things then what i expected. So cherish for what you have now and don't be shy to express out how you feel towards your loved ones.

Had a date with baby yesterday out to Vivo, didnt did anythin we wanted to, and didnt go Clark Quay she asked for, but ate steamboat along with des at Bugis. That steamboat mades me and baby stomachache from yesterday till now. Haa.

Last post was hongyi's birthday celebration, how long was it? Been really lazy this few weeks, and maybe too engrossed in playin Restaurant City. Laughs. Its a beta game in facebook, quite a cute game, should try. Alright, updates for upcomin events in NS. This comin week i am bein confined 'again' for ALFS - Armoured Live Firin System. Its a live run without blanks. Actually its still a waste of time and money. Maybe life as NSF and life as regular is different. I just cant get myself into this army thing. Whenever i heard stories from Gerald, its always so happenin and make me feel regret didnt sign on with him, but whenever i step into my camp, the undescribable feelin is always there to haunt me. I don't like NS, but i am proud to be a soldier, i am proud to be a person who defends the country. Ok, back to topic. After ALFS, mid of August is FTX 2! Its back! Shit! 6 days 5 nights this time. I guess its another confinement week. Then come October, i am off to Wallaby Australia for ATEC stage 2, where i can see kangaroos outfield. I'm maybe lookin forward to Wallaby, or maybe not, because its the first time i have the chance to go overseas, yes, its the first time. Do not laugh please. Laughs! Ok, i think thats all for the major events.

This week i flunked my SOC test. I fall out at the low rope station. I'm ashamed of myself, but its really tough for year 2. Nua le. ZZ. Well, i have been goin for night runnin and static trainin every now and then in camp, i hope to pass SOC once and for all. SOC is hell man!

Oh my! I'm 21st! I'm old! The start of my adulthood!

11th June -

reach home at around 8.20, baby came over to my house to help me with buyin the foods for the barbeque. She made me a cake! Made, with the help of joey! Met hongyi too and went to NTUC. Sent baby home and cabbed home. Rottin at home and waitin for the time to pass quickly because i cant wait for the barbeque to commence the next day.

12th June -

was awaken by my campmate's phone call tellin me that 'code red , activation now!' Burst out to the toilet and ready to chiong back camp, but after i came out from the toilet, it was actually a prank. ZZ. Slept back till afternoon time and waited for the girls and boys to come over to help me with the stuffs. Then cabbed down to song's house and then to ECP. Wasted so much time just to start the fire because of the strong winds there. Guest all came one by one and some went off earlier. Was so HA-PPY because i get to see all my friends celebratin with me this year. Thank you everyone! And and, alan actually bought me a present! Bros for so many years, i guess this year is the first time he bought me a present! Thanks joey and simple too! Especially joey for shootin baby's hardworkin photos. Thanks sherlyn for the wallet! Goin 8 years of bros actually told me that 'see how' to my advance celebration tomorrow, or rather not comin at all. Let me get this straight, even though i am servin NS, if anythin that concerns about my bros and i need to be there, i will not hesitate to say 'Yes, i will be there.' It's been a few weeks since i last blog. Baby is naggin at my dead blog. Have been enjoyin my offs last weekend and this weekend. Bookin in tomorrow night, bookin out on Friday night and bookin in again on Saturday night due to Ex D.A - Exercise Diamond. It's a stupid exercise, because its not conduct by my own battalion, its conduct by the Leopard Tanks battalion, we just tag along and that burns away 1 weekend of mine and the followin week i have to serve my extra, means 3 weeks in a row i won't get to have a proper book out, proper weekend.

Spent every single day with baby. Wanted so much to meet up my men, but just cant get them all together for an outin. These few weeks in the month i will be busy due to these shits. ZZ. Well, as for mum, i did alot of things this 2 weeks, i hope she feel my love.

Burned my Friday night yesterday due to the service and maintenance for FTX. Yes, i am back home. 5 days add together, i didnt get to slp more then 20 hours. Its tirin, its mentally torturin. On Wednesday 4 am in the mornin, my 63633 vehicle nearly overturn. One side of the wheels is in a hole and the other side is in the air. What an experience! Met baby today and had fun. Bought a shirt for her and myself. I knew she would like it. Haa!

Up comin events next and the followin weeks. Big day on the 10th, which is the also the Good Friday, Sunday prep for ops, Battalion FTX on the 13th to 17th, and Battalion turn ops on the 17th right after FTX. Got to book out yesterday night at about 11 p.m after my live firin. Reach camp at about 1o.15, clean arms, washed up and chiong out from my camp to catch the last train back to east side. Called dearest and she's at bugis celebratin her friend's birthday. Planned to give her a surprise because i am suppose to book out on Saturday mornin, but plan failed. She's too clever this time.

Chemical Defense was hell. The smoke was terrible. The smoke makes my skin burn. Have been slackin though in camp for about weeks already before this comin april's FTX ( Full Troops Exercise ). Its a battalion level field camp. I wonder how it will be like. Its 4 days 3 nights. I guess dearest will miss me like hell right?

Bulletproof Vest live firin yesterday. Jaguar Company conduct and their OC planned to let them book out after the firin. Lucky we Lion Company get to book out too.

Maybe i didnt know how to plan my time for all my people, but i only have 2 days back at home every week. My mum have been naggin at why is it that sometimes she cant even get to see me durin my book out days. As for my bros, i treated them maybe better then my own brother. The time now spent with them may be a little lesser, but it's a disappointment for them to say or to think that i am 'fucked up'. Alright, some results i got in my first half year's NS life

- IPPT -Silver
- SOC - Passed for the first year
- ATP - Marksmanship (Battalion best SAW gunner with the highest score)
- Lance Corporal (First rank i got to sew onto my No. 4)

The marksmanship is what i achieved this week. I'm proud of myself, although i didn't expect myself to get the battalion highest score. Another 2oo bucks into my bank, and another half day off into my leaves. Aimin for next month's best soldier and my IPPT Gold. I know i can do it!

Next week's 4 days 3 nights of field camp. Fucked up. Have to book in at 2ooo this Sunday.

Everythin in my life now is goin smoothly and i don't expect anythin else for now.
